Redwood Suites Ferndale, Ferndale

I had a wonderful stay at Redwood Suites in Ferndale. The rooms were quiet, clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. It's a great base for exploring the coast and enjoying the charm of Ferndale. While the price was reasonable for what was offered, some minor improvements could enhance the overall experience.

Staying at this hotel was quite a mixed experience for me. The rooms, while having a kitchenette and a separate bedroom, felt very basic, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the one-bedroom apartment setup was convenient, and having free breakfast served off their menu was a nice touch. Although it didn't quite offer a typical hotel atmosphere, it was convenient to have a living room and kitchen within the unit.

Staying at the Victorian Inn was a mixed experience. While the rooms were a bit disappointing due to being dated and having a musty smell, they were spacious with a nice kitchenette. The service, provided by very helpful staff, was wonderful and they took the time to ensure our comfort. The location right in the center of town was just what I wanted, making it perfect with everything close by. The dining down the street offered excellent options, though the cooked eggs were good. The hotel features were satisfactory, with some improvements needed.
